About Frenchman’s Reserve

Frenchman’s Reserve is a golf and country club community originally developed by Toll Brothers in the mid-2000’s and is located in the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.  The community contains more than 400 individual homes in four distinct neighborhoods.  There are a variety of homes models which range in size from 3,400 square feet to more than 6,900 square feet.  The majority of the homes include spectacular golf and / or lake views.  More information about the community as well as the membership options can be viewed at the Frenchman’s Reserve web site.

The centerpiece of the community is the country club which includes a fabulous 45,000 square foot clubhouse that includes formal and causal dining areas, a library, card room, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a state of the art fitness center with children’s facilities,  a full-service spa & salon, tennis center with six hydro grid courts and resort style pools.  Frenchman’s Reserve is also home to an 18-hole, par-72 Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course with driving range, two putting greens and a practice chipping area.

Frenchman’s Reserve enjoys one of the best locations in northern Palm Beach County due to its close proximity to some of the area’s finest shopping, dining and entertainment.  Sporting venues, parks & recreation areas and some of the best local area beaches are also within a very short drive.

Properties in the community exceed $500,000 for entry level homes to more than $3 million for the larger estate models. For more information about Frenchman’s Reserve or to arrange a private tour, please contact Amy Losquadro at (561) 584-8555 or via e-mail at [email protected].
